Mobile
A native iOS focus app that makes the phase change unmissable and blocks distracting apps while you work.

Project highlights
Most focus timers are easy to ignore. The phase change is a quiet chime you miss, and nothing stops you from opening the apps you are trying to avoid. The goal was a calm timer with a wedge: an alert you cannot miss, paired with a real app block.
We scoped a tight MVP around one sharp idea and built it native for iOS. The engine is a phase end-date state machine, so the countdown survives backgrounding, and each system feature degrades gracefully when it is not available yet.
What we built
A SwiftUI app with a focus and break cycle, a Screen Time app block that turns on during focus, an AlarmKit-grade transition alert, a Live Activity for persistent presence, a stats view, and StoreKit 2 subscriptions with a free trial. It collects no user data.
The outcome
A polished, submission-ready native app built in a single focused sprint, with a clear technical wedge that sets it apart from every other timer in the category.
“A calm focus ritual with an alert you cannot swipe away and a block you cannot cheat.”
Web + Mobile
The app producers carry through the barn and the platform their business runs on, sharing one backend so a count logged in the field is the number the office sees.
